PURPOSE: A fabric containing polyphyenylene sulfide fibers and a method for fabricating the same are provided to enhance chemical resistance, dyeing property, and light fastness. CONSTITUTION: A fabric with polyphenylene sulfide fibers with excellent dyeing property and light fastness is processed by UV irradiation before or after dyeing. The fabric is dyed using dispersion dye at 130-200 Deg. C. for 50-80 minutes using methyl naphthalene or chlorobenzene as a carrier.
