PURPOSE: A smart phone based laborer attendance managing system and an attendance managing method thereof are provided to transmit photographed photos to a management server after photographing laborers in a construction field by using a smart phone, thereby processing attendance processing in real time in a long distance. CONSTITUTION: A database unit(31) stores uploaded attendance information of laborers. An attendance alarm means(32) transmits an alarm message about whether or not attendance of a laborer corresponding to a login identification to a smart phone. An identification processing means(33) uploads a face photo, a location coordinate, and photographing time to attendance information about the laborer corresponding to the login identification.
