<p>PURPOSE: A phase control dimmer is provided to control a phase by driving two switching transistors according to a voltage charged to a driving capacitor. CONSTITUTION: Switching transistors(M1,M2) are driven in respectively different phases of an input voltage. Driving capacitors(C1,C2) supply a threshold voltage of the switching transistor. A diode controls the flow of a current charged to a driving capacitor. A variable resistance(R1) controls a phase of an output voltage of a switching transistor. The driving transistor is connected between a gate electrode and a source electrode.</p> |
