<p>PURPOSE: A remote waiting turn issuing application system and a method thereof are provided to request easily request a waiting turn even in a state that a location of a store is not known by searching for the store through a waiting turn application. CONSTITUTION: A waiting turn processing unit(21) provides a store closest to a current location among stores which a customer having a mobile communication terminal wants. When a request for issuing a waiting turn is received from the mobile communication terminal, the waiting turn processing unit in each store generates the waiting turn based on the order of currently issued waiting turns. A waiting turn printer(23) issues the waiting turn to the customer. A wireless local area communication device senses the arrival of the mobile communication terminal.
