<p>PURPOSE: A primer and a probe for detecting new influenza A H1N1 tamiflu resistance are provided to accurately and efficiently analyze mutation and to quickly detect tamiflu resistant C823T SNP site. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for determining new influenza A H1N1 tamiflu resistant C823T SNP is used for detecting C823T SNP in influenza virus A/Korea/01/2009(H1N1)(NCBI GenBank No: GQ132185) and A/Denmark/528/2009(H1N1)(NCBI GenBank No: CY043352) genes. The primer contains a polynucleotide of 630-1027th bases in influenza virus A gene or a complementary polynucleotide thereof. A probe for detecting new influenza A H1N1 tamiflu resistance C823T SNP in influenza virus A/Korea/01/2009(H1N1)(NCBI GenBank No: GQ132185) and A/Denmark/528/2009(H1N1)(NCBI GenBank No: CY043352) genes. A method for determining the new influenza with tamiflu resistance comprises: a step of detecting an SNP site using a kit containing the primer set, probe, or a mixture thereof; and a step of comparing the presence of the SNP.
