<p>PURPOSE: A smart monitoring device is provided to store information for checking abnormality by sensing the condition of a PC based embedded controller in real time. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring unit(10) generates condition information by monitoring the condition of a system. A logging unit(50) stores the condition information in a log type and checks the condition information and a log. A battery(55) supplies power to the logging unit. A batter control unit(56) is placed between the logging unit and the battery to apply the battery power to the logging unit. A setting unit(60) sets a storage cycle of the logging unit, a monitoring cycle, and a temperature profile. A control unit(70) controls the speed of a fan based on the setting value.
