PURPOSE: A data transmission apparatus, conditional access module, and system thereof are provided to transmit data packet to a conditional access module through a TS(Transport Stream) interface of a common interface by creating a plurality of the data packets. CONSTITUTION: A data packet creation unit creates a plurality of data packets for storing encoded data. A plurality of data packets includes payload and a header. A TS interface module transmits the plurality of the data packets to a conditional access module using a TS interface(160). The encoded data is received from a content provider.
