PURPOSE: An insert mold and an insert molding method using the same are provided to prevent the deformation of flexible insertion material while insert molding by dividing forming products into the both sides of an insertion material. CONSTITUTION: An insert mold comprises first, second, and third cores(10, 20, 30). A cavity space(12) for forming the shape of a portion of a molded article is formed on the front surface of the first core. The first and the second cores are engaged with and an insertion material is accommodated in a position fixing groove(22). The first and the third cores are engaged with each other and a second cavity space(32) is formed in the back surface of the third core.
