PURPOSE: A position display method and system of a vehicle component are provided to easily check the position of the vehicle component by turning on and off the vehicle component placed at one side of the vehicle component. CONSTITUTION: An input interface(20) is input information of a vehicle component for checking the position installed in a vehicle. A controller(30) receives vehicle component information from the input interface and compares it with vehicle component information stored in advance. The controller transmits an operation signal to a light emitting driving unit. A light emitting unit(40) is turned on and off by the light emitting driving unit. The light emitting unit indicates the position of the vehicle component.
