PURPOSE: An uninterruptable power system for clamping a neutral voltage is provided to supply high quality power by including a voltage controller constantly maintaining the neutral voltage. CONSTITUTION: A boosting converter(10) receives AC power. A bidirectional converter(20) is connected to a battery and the boosting converter. A voltage controller(30) is connected to the bidirectional converter. The voltage controller generates a virtual neutral point using two capacitors.
