摘要 PURPOSE: An artificial microRNA which enhances cell adhesion molecule(CAM) expression is provided to study CAM gene regulatory mechanism. CONSTITUTION: An artificial miRNA(amiRNA) is selected from the group consisting of sequence numbers 1-8 which enhances cell adhesion molecule(CAM) expression by suppressing UTX or JMJD3 expression. The CAM includes NRP1, ATP2C1, SIRPA, FREM3, FPRL1, SPON1, PCDHB10, PXN, CLEC4M, PCDHA5, NCAM2, ADAM12, PCDH12, CDK5R1, HES5, MYF5, POSTN, ACTN1, or CD93. The gene encoding amiRNA is selected from the group consisting of sequence numbers 9-16.
