PURPOSE: An uncooked food product containing germinated grains with improved functionality is provided to enable users to easily mix the product with warm water. CONSTITUTION: An uncooked food product contains 15-20wt% of germinated grains. The germinated grains have the increased concentration of glutamic acid. The grains are selected from the group consisting of wheat, barley, white beans, and soybeans. |
