Electrolysis ballast water treatment system for preventing exploding of ship and a control method using the same

PURPOSE: An electrolysis-based ballast water treatment apparatus for preventing the explosion of a vessel and a controlling method of preventing the explosion of the vessel are provided to prevent leaked products from introducing into a safety section along a chlorine injecting pipe. CONSTITUTION: An electrolysis-based ballast water treatment apparatus includes a partition(1), a chlorine injecting pipe(20), and a pressurizing unit(100). The partition defines an explosive section(A1) and a safety section(A2). A ballast tank is installed in the explosive section. The apparatus is installed in the safety section. The chlorine injecting pipe linearly passes through the partition and connects the apparatus and the ballast tank. The pressurizing unit is installed at the chlorine injecting pipe and transfers water to the chlorine injecting pipe in order to maintain positive pressures in the chlorine injecting pipe although an operation to the chlorine injecting pipe is stopped.
