PURPOSE: A producing method of water dropwort drink capable of storing and distribution at room temperature is provided to effectively extract nutrients from water dropwort. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of water dropwort drink comprises the following steps: mixing 40-60wt% of water dropwort and 60-40wt% of sugar, and room-temperature fermenting the mixture in air(s120, s130); inserting ceramic balls into the fermented mixture, and emitting ultraviolet ray to the mixture(s160, s170); juicing the fermented mixture to obtain water dropwort fermented liquid(s140); and mixing fermented vinegar, water, and the water dropwort fermented liquid(s150).
