PURPOSE: A stacked capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce sound noise by forming an anti-deformation electrode electrically separated from a first external electrode and a second electrode. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of dielectric layers is staked on a capacitor(110). The capacitor includes a first inner electrode and a second inner electrode. A first external electrode(121) is electrically connected to the first inner electrode. A second external electrode(122) is electrically connected to the second inner electrode. An anti-deformation electrode(150) is formed on the outer surface of the capacitor.
