PURPOSE: A buoyancy control ship using a movable hull is provided to obtain a draft suitable for sailing a ship by serving as a temporary air tank so that a compartment part can be submerged under water or can be floated on the water according to the upward and downward movement of a movable hull. CONSTITUTION: A buoyancy control ship using a movable hull comprises compartment parts(30), movable hulls(34), locking grooves(40), upper locking devices(46), lower locking devices(48), an air line(58), a pneumatic generating unit(56), and a hydraulic generating unit(50). The compartment parts is a structure downwardly opened at the bottom of a hull(20) with a cargo hold(12). The movable hulls are arranged inside the compartment parts and move upward and downward along barrier parts(32) in both sides of the compartment parts. The locking grooves are formed in both sides of the movable hulls. The upper locking devices and the lower locking devices are locked by the forward movement of locking rods(42,44) and are unlocked by the backward movement thereof when the locking grooves face each other. Air is supplied between the compartment parts and the movable hulls through the air line. The pneumatic generating unit is fixed on the hull in a state of being connected to the air line. The hydraulic generating unit is fixed on the hull in a state of being connected to an oil line(52).
