PURPOSE: A lift apparatus for a signal lamp is provided to reduce traffic congestion by enabling the rapid repair of a signal lamp without a high-place work vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A lift apparatus for a signal lamp comprises a first lift cable(190), an A-fixing unit(100A), a B-fixing unit(100B), a lift unit(200), a control cable(193), a horizontal connection bar(300), and a second lift cable(192). The first lift cable is wound around a part for fixing a signal lamp(50). The A-fixing unit is fixed to one surface of a fixed bracket located at one side of the signal lamp, and the B-fixing unit is fixed to one surface of a fixed located at the other side of the signal lamp. The lift unit is lifted up and down with the signal lamp. One end of the control cable is connected to a part inside the A-fixing unit or B-fixing unit, and the other end thereof is exposed to the outside the A-fixing unit or B-fixing unit. The horizontal connection bar is connected to winches arranged in the A-fixing unit or B-fixing unit and is rotated. One end of the second lift cable is wound around the winch arranged in the B-fixing unit, and the other end thereof is toward a post.
