PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and coating method of ITO ink is provided to facilitate production of a film type transparent electrode. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ITO ink comprises a mixing step forming a mixture by mixing ITO powder, a dispersant and a binder into solvent. The solvent is a BTX-based or ketone-based solvent. A coating method of the ITO ink comprises: an ink-spreading step(S210) spreading the ITO ink on an object; a plasma treatment step(S240) decomposing at least a part of organic materials which surround the ITO particles by using thermal plasma; and a heat treatment step(S250) heat-treating the object.
