PURPOSE: A descaler for a rolling device is provided to prevent damage to spray units by the pressure of cleaning water colliding against the supply pipes of the sprays units. CONSTITUTION: A descaler for a rolling device comprises a first spray unit(30) which sprays cleaning water to one side of a work piece moved by a transfer roller, a second spray unit(50) which is installed opposite to the first spray unit and sprays cleaning water to the other side of the work piece, and a cover unit which prevents cleaning water colliding against the first or second spray unit. The first spray unit includes a supply pipe extended toward the work piece and supplies cleaning water and a nozzle part formed on one end of the supply pipe.
