PURPOSE: A cooking machine for steamed food is provided to improve a taste as far infrared radiation is evenly emitted by a radiant matter. CONSTITUTION: A cooking machine for steamed food comprises a support body(10), a grill plate(20), a lid(40), and a receiving unit(30). The receiving unit is installed in a transparent member(42). The receiving unit comprises a circular piece(31), an edge surface, a bottom, and a radiant matter(36). The bottom comprises a plurality of heat supply holes(35). The heat supply holes protruding from the end of the edge surface supply heat. The radiant matter is placed between the edge surface and the bottom. The heat supply holes of the bottom and the heat discharge holes(33) of the edge surface are formed at a ratio of 2:1.
