PURPOSE: A handrail with a dustproof function is provided to prevent workers or construction materials from falling down in a construction site and to prevent dust leakage. CONSTITUTION: A handrail with a dustproof function comprises a pair of support columns(100), multiple connection bars, a dustproof screen(300), and fixing parts. The support columns are vertically positioned at both sides of an opening of a building. The connection bars connect the support columns to each other. The dustproof screen is connected to the support columns or the connection bars and closes the opening of the building to cut off scattered dust. The fixing parts fix the support columns to the top and bottom surfaces of the opening of the building.
