PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polymer membrane is provided to induce reactions by exposing materials of various compositions to specimens and samples. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer membrane includes the following steps: a polymer layer is formed on the surface of a solid material or a liquid material using polymerizable, cross-linkable, or self-assemblable materials or using solutions containing the materials; liquid drops are dropped on the polymer layer to form a membrane on the interface of the liquid drops; and the materials are cross-linked. The density of the solid or the liquid material is higher than the densities of the polymerizable, cross-linkable, or self-assemblable materials. The polymerizable, cross-linkable, or self-assemblable materials are polydimethylsiloxane, acrylate, styrene, ethylene, lactate, or poly(ethylene glycol)-polystyrene.
