摘要 PURPOSE: A floatation ore dressing apparatus using micro bubble is provided to increase floatation velocity by having high surface area ratio and to enhance reaction ability by lowering floatation velocity. CONSTITUTION: A floatation ore dressing apparatus using micro bubble comprises a concentrating machine main body(100), a bubble agitating unit(210), an ore liquid agitating unit(300), a micro bubble feed port(400), a washing water supply part(500) and a concentration unit(600). The concentrating machine main body includes a cylindrical charging space and a drainpipe(120). The bubble agitating unit provides a produced bubble solution to the charging space. The ore liquid agitating unit produces ore liquid by agitating ore powder, water and supplemental agent. The ore liquid agitating unit provides the produced ore liquid to the charging space. The micro bubble feed port forms a bubble generation space(420). A bubble producing space produces micro bubbles by being provided the bubble solution and ore liquid from the charging space.
