<p>PURPOSE: A video recording device interlocking with a remote terminal for a vehicle is provided to monitor the real time state of a vehicle by a driver out of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A video recording device interlocking with a remote terminal for a vehicle comprises a sensing unit, a signal generating unit(220), a signal output unit(230), and a control unit(240). The sensing unit detects vehicle information including the position, the movement, and the impact applied to a vehicle. The signal generating unit generates image signal according to the outside image of a vehicle by using a photographing unit(10). The signal output unit transfers the image signal to an external server(30) through a wireless network. The control unit controls the photographing unit, the signal generating unit, and the signal output unit.
