PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the solar energy absorption efficiency of the solar cell by applying a light amplification electrode assembly to the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A light amplification electrode assembly(110) includes a substrate(111), a pattern layer(113), nano particles(115), and a transparent electrode layer(117). The pattern layer is formed by coating the substrate with polymer materials. A diode(150) includes a semiconductor layer(155) and a plurality of electrodes. A bottom electrode(151) is adjacent to the transparent electrode layer. Electrons or holes generated by optical energy from the semiconductor layer moves to an antireflection layer(157). |
