PURPOSE: A setting apparatus of camera setting information and a method thereof are provided to automatically set up a setup value based on photographed information and to photograph image information which includes setup information of each camera module. CONSTITUTION: An area setup unit(120) sets up an area for analysis of image information. An area display unit(130) displays the image information set up in the area setup unit. An image information conversion unit(140) converts the image information into a digital value. A setup information extraction unit(150) analyzes the digital value of the image information converted from the image information conversion unit. The setup information extraction unit extracts the setup information about each module of the camera. An information storing unit(160) stores the setup information extracted from the setup information extraction unit.
