<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor device, a display device, and an electronic device are provided to form first to third wires and a transistor, thereby increasing arrangement efficiency of a second direction of the semiconductor device while obtaining a line width in the first wire in a second direction. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode is arranged in Y-axis direction. Transistors are divided along with X-axis direction. A main wiring unit(31) and a branch wiring unit(32) include a source area of each transistor. X-axis direction arrangement efficiency of the total buffer circuit increases while obtaining wire widths of power wires(Lv1,Lv2).</p> |
