PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence display device and electronic equipment including the organic electroluminescence display device manufactured thereby are provided to photograph, record, replay, and display images by including CPU which controls an image signal processing circuit. CONSTITUTION: Organic compound layers(22a,22b,22c) are formed on first electrodes(21a,2lb,21c). A peeling layer is formed on the organic compound layer. The peeling layer is processed. The organic compound layer is removed from a region where is not coated on the peeling layer. The peeling layer is removed by a polar solvent.
