PURPOSE: An oxygen saturation measurement device using a single power supply amplification module is provided to control the range of an ADC(analog-to-digital converter) in a full band by using a voltage for OFFSET control. CONSTITUTION: A light irradiation module(100) irridates light to a specific part of a body. A light detecting module(200) receives the light and converts the light into an electric signal. A signal separation module(300) separates electric signals corresponding to the light. An extraction module(400) extracts AC and DC components from the separated electric signal. An amplification module(500) amplifies the AC components of the extracted electric signal.
