PURPOSE: A separate exhaust type surgical instrument guider port is provided to rapidly discharge harmful gas by including a gas discharge pipe in an abdominal cavity. CONSTITUTION: An instrument inlet(20) and a gas injection unit(30) are formed on the upper side of a port body(10). The instrument inlet guides various surgical instruments to the port body. The gas injection unit injects gas for the abdominal distension of a patient. A gas exhaust tube(50) is independently formed outside the port body.
