PURPOSE: A filament elastic non-woven fabric with excellent shrinkage and soft texture is provided to be effectively used in wide industries. CONSTITUTION: An elastic non-woven fabric with excellent shrinkage and soft texture comprises: a sheath part of a fiber containing polypropylene homopolymer with 25-35g/10min of melting index and 0.850-0.950g/cc of density and propylene-based base block copolymer(X) with 20-35g/10min of melting index and 0.830-0.890 g/cc of density; a core part of the fiber containing styrene-based elastomer polymers with 30-70 g/10min of melting index and 0.860-0.950 g/cm^3 of density.
