PURPOSE: An opening and closing device for a fuel and raw material storage is provided to accurately control the amount of fuel and raw materials discharged from a storage, thereby preventing delay of work due to poor supply of fuel and raw materials. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device for a fuel and raw material storage comprises a door(20) which is installed at an opening of a hopper and slides along an inclined surface of the hopper, an operating unit(30) which opens and closes the door, a driving unit(50) which provides power for the operating unit, and a control unit which transmits an operating signal to the driving unit.
