PURPOSE: An internal voltage generating circuit is provided to improve the reliability of a circuit by reducing the ripple of an internal voltage. CONSTITUTION: A first sensing unit(100) generates a first sensing signal by comparing an internal voltage with a first reference voltage. A second sensing unit(200) generates a second sensing signal by comparing the internal voltage with a second reference voltage. A control unit(300) generates a first enable signal and a second enable signal in response to the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal.
