PURPOSE: An electric motor and an electric vehicle having the same are provided to increase the lifetime of a product by rapidly discharging heat from components to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A stator(150) is arranged in an enclosure(141). A rotor(170) is arranged to be rotated with regard to the stator. Oil is received in the enclosure. An unevenness unit is formed on the inner surface of the enclosure. An oil circulation unit circulates the oil by being contacted to the oil.
