PURPOSE: A cool mat using coolant is provided to maintain pleasant feeling without electrical charge and maintenance charge. CONSTITUTION: A cool mat using coolant comprises a cooling material(10), a coolant water-tight sheet(20) made of polyvinyl chloride material, a sheet(30) made of the polyester material and a girth finishing material(40) made of poly ester material. The refrigerant material is manufactured into one or more types: granule and gel. The refrigerant material made of polyvinyl chloride material tightly closes refrigerant in order for the refrigerant not to be leaked. The sheet made of polyester material is located on the upper and lower surfaces of the coolant water-tight sheet. The finishing material of girth made of poly ester material finishes the edge of sheet. The granule type refrigerant material comprises 50 wt% of sodium, 5 wt% of methyl cellulose, 5 wt% of glycerin, 35 wt% of water and 5 wt% of a binder.
