PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a latex bed is provided to provide a latex bed with a sterilizing function with phytonchid while maintaining elasticity, air-permeability, etc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a latex comprises: a step of preparing latex fluid by preparing a rubber latex, a vulcanizing agent, an antioxidant, a vulcanization accelerator, and a filler; a step of preparing a phytoncide solution by extracting phytoncide from cypress wood by using steam distillation or organic solvent; a step of preparing antibacterial latex raw material by measuring and mixing the latex solution and phytoncide solution; a step of manufacturing a latex bed by blowing, vulcanizing, and molding the latex raw material; and a step of cleaning and drying the latex bed.
