摘要 PURPOSE: An arc ray detecting device between an electric car line and a pantagraph is provided to accurately effectively measure arc rays regardless of solar rays. CONSTITUTION: An arc ray detecting device(30) comprises an ultraviolet ray band-pass filter(31), a photomultiplier tube(32), a direct current amplifier(33), a low pass filter(34), an analog-digital filter(35), and a communication unit(36). The ultraviolet ray band-pass filter passes ultraviolet ray band only from a wavelength band of arc rays generated between an electric line and a collector plate. The photomultiplier tube is installed at the rear end of the ultraviolet ray band-pass filter and detects the arc rays which are passed from the ultraviolet ray band-pass filter. The direct current amplifier amplifies output voltage measured for arc generation which is detected in the photomultiplier tube. The low pass filter eliminates an output value of low bandwidth generated in the output voltage which is amplified from the direct current amplifier. The analog-digital filter changes the output value of analog into a digital value. The communications unit transmits a measurement result generated in the analog-digital filter to a central monitoring device.
