PURPOSE: An emergency brake control circuit and a railway car with the same are provided to immediately perform emergency brake to all the groups when control signals cannot be mutually transmitted to the groups due to the malfunction of an electrical coupler. CONSTITUTION: An emergency brake control circuit for a railway car comprises a first sequence coupling release switch(UCPB1), a first self-excitation relay(ICR1), a first self-excitation relay b contact(ICR1b), a second sequence coupling release switch(UCPB2), a second self-excitation relay(ICR2), and a second self-excitation relay b contact(ICR2b). The first sequence coupling release switch is arranged in a rear car of a first group and one end of the first sequence coupling release switch is connected to a power line of a lead car in a second group. One end of the first self-excitation relay is connected to the other end of the first sequence coupling release and the other end thereof is connected to a ground. One end of the first self-excitation relay b contact is connected to the other end of the first sequence coupling release switch and the other end there of is connected to the ground. The second sequence coupling release switch is arranged in the lead car of the second group and one end of the second sequence coupling release switch is connected to a power line of the rear car in the first group. One end of the second self-excitation relay is connected to the other end of the second sequence coupling release switch and the other end thereof is connected to the ground. One end of the second self-excitation relay b contact is connected to the power line of the lead car in the second group and the other end thereof is connected to one end of the second sequence coupling release switch.
