PURPOSE: A multifunctional artificial fish reef is provided to prevent an artificial fish reef from being overturned and to restore coast ecosystem. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional artificial fish reef comprises a base frame(110), an upper frame(120), a plurality of loess block unit assembly bodies(130), a fixed bar(140), and a porous loess block(150). The base frame is formed to make the movement of ocean current and fishes possible. The upper frame is fixed to front upper surface of the base frame and is formed to make the movement of ocean current and fishes possible. The ends of a plurality of loess block unit assembly bodies are fixed on the upper surface of the base frame at a constant interval. In the porous loess block, a penetration hole is formed to pass the fixed bar.
