PURPOSE: An electric leakage preventing device in case of floods is provided to connect an electric leakage conductor to a neutral point terminal even though a user inserts a plug in one of two directions, thereby always preventing electric leakage and electric shock accidents. CONSTITUTION: When first and second input terminals(IN1,IN2) are connected to a phase voltage terminal(R) and a neutral point terminal(N) of an AC(Alternating Current) power outlet, a terminal polarity fixing unit electrically connects a second output terminal(OUT2) to the phase voltage terminal while always connecting a first output terminal(OUT1) to the neutral point terminal. An electric leakage conductor is not electrically connected to a second connection terminal which is electrically connected to the phase voltage terminal. The electric leakage conductor is electrically connected to a first connection terminal which is electrically connected to the neutral point terminal.
