PURPOSE: A paving material with loess and a soil stabilizer and a road paving method using the same are provided to uniformly maintain the rigidity of a paved road after construction. CONSTITUTION: A road paving method using a paving material with loess and a soil stabilizer is as follows. The constituents and water content of soil is analyzed(S1). Loess is prepared on the surface of the earth(S2). A soil stabilizer is diluted with water, and the diluted soil stabilizer is spread on the surface of the earth to be mixed with the prepared loess(S3). The surface of the earth is hardened using a roller(S4). A soil stabilizer diluted with water is re-spread on the hardened surface of the earth(S5). The surface of the earth is re-hardened using the roller(S6). The re-hardened surface of the earth is naturally cured(S7).
