PURPOSE: A shipbuilding supplier relation managing server system and a supplier relation managing method thereof are provided to consider levels of subcontractors and a property of procurement items and establish customized level improving strategies for each of the subcontractors, thereby increasing competitiveness and nurturing the subcontractors. CONSTITUTION: A basic information managing unit(110) manages basic information related to ship materials and basic information related to a diagnosis of a subcontractor. A procurement property analyzing unit(120) analyzes procurement properties for providing a customized procurement strategy for the subcontractor according to procurement property analysis. The procurement properties are analyzed through quality analysis, price analysis, period analysis, and procurement property class estimation based on the basic information related to the ship materials.
