<p>PURPOSE: A finance transaction relay system using a portable terminal is provided to relay a finance transaction between portable terminals and use online identification card information, thereby improving security of a mobile finance transaction. CONSTITUTION: An online identification registration module(110) obtains finance information. The online identification registration module obtains one area of online identification card information corresponding to at least one of card information and account information. A payment relay module(130) obtains a telephone number, payment costs of a first portable terminal and member store information about a second portable terminal. The payment relay module provides the obtained payment costs, member store information, card information or account information to the first portable terminal.
