The utility model relates to a BGA (Ball Grid Array) test socket adapter provided with a guiding part for guiding a ball terminal and styluses. In a BGA test socket used for testing the BGA, an ABA (All Ball Guide Adapter) and a fixed adapter are formed integrally through a contact guiding part, a lower part of an operating main body provided with the contact guiding part is provided with a structure which can be combined slidingly up and down with pressurization projections of the plurality of styluses contained in a fixed main body, the structure guides the ball terminal loaded at an upper part towards an up-and-down motion direction, then makes the ball terminal and the styluses contact at a middle position, and minimizes assembling tolerances of the pressurization projections of the plurality of styluses and the ball terminal, thereby raising contact stability of the ball terminal and the styluses. The BGA test socket adapter can be combined slidingly up and down with a component arranged at an upper part of the fixed main body, and is provided with the contact guiding part which can guide the pressurization projections of the plurality of styluses contained in the fixed main body from the lower part and the ball terminal loaded from the upper part towards the up-and-down motion direction, in order to make the ball terminal and the styluses contact at the middle position. |
