PURPOSE: A panel with a decoration board is provided to remarkably improve construction efficiency by accurately connecting a connection linker to the center of the panel. CONSTITUTION: A panel(20) with a decoration board comprises decoration boards(10,11,12), a soil nail, a universal linker, and a linker. The decoration panels are installed on the front surface(1) of the panel using attaching pins(13) and a fixing plate. The decoration boards are composed of natural stone plates. The soil nail is installed in the center of the panel using a washer plate and a wedge-type nut. The universal linker reinforces a cut area using the soil nail. One end of the universal linker has a horizontal connection hole, and the other end thereof has a vertical hole.
