PURPOSE: A producing system for functional oxygen drink using liquid oxygen is provided to obtain the functional oxygen drink having the dissolved oxygen concentration of 50-120PPM. CONSTITUTION: A producing system for functional oxygen drink using liquid oxygen comprises the following: a liquid oxygen storage container(10) for storing the liquid oxygen obtained by liquefying air; a vaporizing device(20) changing the liquid oxygen in the liquid oxygen storage container into the semi-liquefied state; a warming water tank device(30) increasing the temperature of the semi-liquefied liquid oxygen at 50-10 deg. C; an additive mixing device(50) inserting vitamin, xylitol, and various kinds of minerals into the liquid oxygen, and transferring the mixture to a water tank for stirring; a pressure regulator(25) installed on the vaporizing device; and a dissolved oxygen concentration measuring device(45) installed on the water tank.
