PURPOSE: A planar heating element composition having a specific sheet resistance value and a planar heating element using the same are provided to reduce heat loss by accurately controlling temperature in a specific temperature area. CONSTITUTION: A composition includes an insulation binder component, a resistance component and a temperature control component. Sheet resistance is 0.09-0.9Ω/square.
