PURPOSE: An electronic paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to install a driving unit on each cell unit and continuously drive charged particles, with which a cell space is filled, by the driving unit even though power is cut off. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of partition walls(4) are installed between a lower substrate(1) and an upper substrate(7). The partition walls form cell spaces. The cell spaces are filled with positively or negatively charged fine particles(5). A ferroelectric layer(3) is formed in lower portions of the cell spaces. The ferroelectric layer arranges the charged fine particles on upper or lower sides of the cell spaces. |
