PURPOSE: A cyclone having flow control and cleaning function is provided to deflection of a vent in which sludge is exhausted. CONSTITUTION: A cyclone having flow control and cleaning function comprises a separation chamber(110), a cleaning chamber(120), a cleaning water inlet(130), a flow control shaft(140) and an axis movement driver(150). The separation chamber has a supply opening, a first vent, a cone-shaped internal space(112). The mixture of the first and second materials is provided through a supply opening. The first substance is exhausted through a first vent. The second material is exhausted through the vent. The cleaning chamber includes a second vent(121) which is for the second material flowed in through the vent to be exhausted.
