PURPOSE: A heat-cutting apparatus of an embroidery machine is provided to enable a proper process at a starting point and a finishing point. CONSTITUTION: A heat cutting apparatus(H) of an embroidery machine is a heat-cutter(11) with a heating end. The apparatus comprises an interlocked operation device which interlocks the movement between operation position and non-operation position of a pushing member and the movement between the waiting position and withdrawing position of a heating end; and a heat end driving device.
